Q 1. What is the difference between compound and real chocolate? 

Compound chocolate is made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter. Some argue compound chocolate flavor to be not as good as pure chocolate. The melt in the mouth is also not quite the same with compound chocolate as it is with ‘real’ chocolate


Q 2. How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable? 

We try to make sure our inventory is always updated. In case an item you ordered is unavailable you shall get a call from our customer care agent. Rest assured about payments, in case we are unable to find the item for you, we will initiate the refund immediately.


Q 3. What is the delivery period?

The product would be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.

Chocoline foods pvt ltd provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery.


Q 5. what is the refund policy?

In case there are any discrepancies in the product, you need to contact us within 24 hours post delivery. The refund will be initiated in your bank account within 10 working days. No complains will be entertained post 24 hours of delivery.


Q 6. How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can write to us at or simply call us on 9371527390 within 6 hours after placing an order, between 10am to 5 pm (except Saturday).


Q 7. Can I change the delivery address of my order?
